An employee was carrying an 8-feet-long, 7-feet-wide, reinforced wire mesh on the flat roof of a new building. As he was approaching the area where the wire mesh was to be installed, the wire mesh snagged with the handle of the power pack, causing him to trip. He fell on a 2" by 6" foam board, fracturing his lower left leg and requiring hospitalization.
