Final narrative
An employee was riding in a truck transporting a container that was to be crane-lifted onto a ship. As the container was being lifted from the truck, it stuck to the body of the vehicle, thus lifting both the container and the truck. The employee fell from the inside of the truck down to the ground, breaking his left leg.
