An employee was completing a rig down and had finished cementing. He was attempting to remove the cement plug of the plug container by lowering the plug to the ground using a wench. The plug shifted and the employee's left wrist was caught between the drill pipe and the manifold on the plug container. The employee was hospitalized with a dislocated left wrist.
