Final narrative
An employee was running products and laying parts down for sensors to operate. The employee stood a part up, which bypassed the sensors. Four parts were in the catcher and one was being crushed in the machine. The employee attempted to pull the part out and his ring finger was amputated by the stamping machine's lock seamer.
