An employee was attempting to pick up a loose transporter. The employee exited the tug and was in between the tug and the transporter. The tug reversed on its own pinning him between the tug and the transporter and causing a fracture to his left leg.

The truck rolled forward and pinned him against the fence/gate. The gate then gave way and opened from the force of the truck. The employee's left index fingertip got caught in the fence/gate and was amputated.
