On October 10, 2016, an employee was securing a load of trusses on top of a trailer with binder chains when the metal banding holding the trusses together broke, causing the load to shift and knock him off the trailer. He landed flat-footed on the ground with both feet but was knocked over and pinned beneath the trusses at ground level when they landed on his right foot and ankle. He was hospitalized with lower back and foot pain.
