Seal Tite LLC

An employee had just unjammed a roll former and was running another flat piece through the rollers to try and determine what had caused the jam. The flat metal piece became caught in the rollers. The employee was trying to pull it through with his hands when his gloves were caught and both of his hands were pulled between the rollers. Two of his right-hand fingertips were amputated, and four left fingers were smashed. The machine was unguarded at the time.
