An employee was waiting for pipe to come out to the accumulator station where he would lower it down to build a unit. A pipe came down the line from the preheater and was moving to the next station when it went sideways on the line. When the employee attempted to straighten out the pipe, the machine's sensor activated the pipe pusher, which pinned him between the pipe pusher and the table. He suffered a fractured pelvis.
