On December 2, 2016, at approximately 7:30 a.m., an employee was walking down a stairwell to the basement when he missed the first step and fell down approximately 12 stairs. He was hospitalized with a head laceration and a fractured left wrist. At the time of the incident, the backup generator was being tested and a delay in the emergency lighting caused the stairwell to be poorly lit.
