An employee was working at the de-palletizer and reached with their right hand to retrieve a slip sheet from the top of the empty cans. The sweeper arm on the de-palletizer, which is located above the cans and pushes the cans off of the pallet and onto a conveyor belt, came down and caught her right hand resulting in a fractured right forearm.
