Final narrative
An employee was standing near a truck while another employee was loading the truck using an electric pallet jack. As the employee was driving the electric pallet jack off of the truck and onto the dock, one of its wheels hit some moisture which caused it to skid and strike the other employee's lower right leg fracturing it in two places.
