Final narrative
An employee was preparing to eject a cardboard bale from a baler when both of the employee's hands became stuck in the ejector chain. The employee's left-hand thumb and pinky finger were bruised, ring and index fingers were smashed, and middle finger was amputated. The employee's right-hand pinky, ring, and middle fingertips were amputated. The right index finger was smashed and the thumb was bruised.
