An employee went to the passenger side of a truck and leaned the double-step fabric glass ladder against it. As he climbed the ladder, he fell backward and hit the curb. He suffered a bruised right shoulder, knot on the head, bruising and bleeding around the brain, a broken big toe, and a possible spine fracture.
