An employee was guiding a trailer-mounted compressor that was suspended by the bucket of a loader. He had positioned the suspended compressor's trailer hitch so that it could be lowered onto a tow vehicle's pintle hitch when his left foot/ankle was struck and ran over by the loader's left front wheel. He was hospitalized.
