On July 11, 2017, at approximately 1:55 p.m., an employee was operating a hand grinder to grind down a metal spur on a machine component when the grinder slipped from his hands. The grinder then bounced back and hit him in the face, causing a facial fracture/laceration. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
