On 7/14/2017, at approximately 1 PM, an employee was downloading a chemical from a bulk truck using a hose. When he attempted to remove the hose, it was still pressurized, causing it to release chemical that splashed on the employee. He suffered chemical burns and was hospitalized overnight.
