An employee was operating a forklift to transfer a pallet of product through the warehouse and drove over a wet area that had just been mopped. The forklift lost traction and slid into a rack. The employee's right hand was caught in the metal grate of the rack, fracturing her middle, ring, and pinky fingers and lacerating her hand.
