Final narrative
On July 20, 2017, at 11:15 p.m., an employee was trying to turn a railcar flipper. He had placed one foot on the top of a jersey wall and one foot on the railcar to position himself to move a metal bar that would move the flipper when he slipped and broke his right ankle, requiring hospitalization.
