Final narrative
On July 21, 2017, at approximately 8:30 a.m., an employee and a coworker were pulling a dump bed out of a tractor trailer dump truck when the employee's right middle finger was caught and lacerated between the dump bed and the truck's tailgate. She was hospitalized.
