An employee drove a four-wheeler vehicle to an anhydrous plant to close a leaking valve. When he arrived at the site, he was overcome by the chemical smell and left the area. While he was driving away, the four-wheeler crashed. He broke his collarbone and wrist and suffered facial injuries, requiring overnight hospitalization.
