Final narrative
The injured employee was inspecting food on a conveyor line. The employee was leaning against a top rail that was 10 feet 11 inches above the ground. As the employee stepped away from the platform, her right shoe caught the edge of the toe board and her left foot caught the edge of a plastic bin. She slid down the guard rail and fell 12 feet between the mid rail and toe board resulting in a fractured pelvis.
