On December 28, 2017, at approximately 1:00 p.m., an employee was standing on the top edge of an open top roll-off that was overfilled with solid waste for the purpose of transferring the excess waste to a second roll-off. The employee then fell approximately 6 feet to the pavement adjacent to the roll-off, sustaining a head injury and requiring hospitalization.
