Final narrative
On July 5, 2018, three employees were using a fork truck while rigging a machine. The bay doors were closed to keep the air-conditioned air in the shop. Exhaust from the fork truck built up in the work area; an employee suffered carbon monoxide poisoning and was hospitalized.
