Final narrative
On July 12, 2018, an employee was helping to move a 30-foot rinse tank with a castor frame from storage to an operations facility when the top housing of the rinse tank shifted and came down on the frame and the employee's right hand. The employee sustained a right pinky fingertip amputation.
