An employee unloaded a broom tractor from a trailer. He then got off the tractor to check the hub locks on the wheels. When he moved the hub locks, the boom tractor grabbed his leg and took off with him underneath. The tractor then made a 360 circle and ran him over a second time, breaking his pelvis in two places. He was hospitalized and required surgery. The boom tractor was in operation at the time of the incident.
