An employee was cutting plastic bands on a bundle of 36 sheets of plywood that was suspended about 3 to 4 inches on another bundle placed on a rail tram. The employee was standing on the ground while cutting the bands. A forklift driver moved the forklift and the plywood shifted. About 10 to 12 sheets fell onto the employee, causing him to sustain three fractures on the right leg and right ankle.
