An employee was helping to change out the sump pump in a manure pit. As the employee attempted to step over the manure conveyor belt, the employee's foot slipped and the employee fell, fracturing the right leg and ankle. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery. The conveyor was moving at the time of the incident.
