An employee was attempting to clean an ink spill on a belt using a rag when a second employee jogged the belt and the first employee's rag became caught in the belt. As the first employee attempted to grab the rag, the employee's hand and fingers were caught in the belt, resulting in broken fingers and lacerations. The belt was not locked/tagged out at the time of the incident.
