An employee was on the shoulder of a highway unloading boxes from the bed of a material truck when a parked stripe truck rolled approximately 75 feet across the highway, side-swiped the material truck, and hit the employee. The employee's lower left leg was fractured in multiple locations with multiple lacerations.

An employee was struck by a pickup truck after the driver of a truck mounted attenuator struck the pickup, pushing it into the employee. The employee sustained a fractured hip, a fractured foot, and a traumatic brain injury.
