Final narrative
An employee was on the shoulder of a highway unloading boxes from the bed of a material truck when a parked stripe truck rolled approximately 75 feet across the highway, side-swiped the material truck, and hit the employee. The employee's lower left leg was fractured in multiple locations with multiple lacerations.

A vehicle crossed two lanes of traffic and entered the work zone, striking the arrow board that was being towed. The board subsequently struck the employee, resulting in a fractured left hand, fractured ribs on the right side, and a contusion to their right forearm.
