On November 27, 2018, an employee was lifting a 150-pod ram out of a tripod with a lifting device. The ram twisted free, fell onto a jackleg, and struck the employee in the head. He stumbled forward and dislocated his shoulder as he fell onto his workstation. He was hospitalized.
