An employee was replacing a belt associated with a pasting machine cutter when a second employee jogged the machine via a two-hand control. As the second employee activated the two-hand control, the first employee's hand slipped into the cutting head, severing three fingers between the first and second knuckle. One finger was amputated and two other fingers may require amputation.
