On January 21, 2019, at approximately 1:00 p.m., an employee was attempting to hook up two trailers using a converter dolly. As the employee was maneuvering the dolly, he slipped and fell to the ground due to ice. When he fell to the ground, the dolly pinned his right ankle against the trailer bumper. He was hospitalized with a fractured ankle.
