An employee was working at a stretch wrapper, applying stretch wrap to a 6-foot-wide tufted roll of carpet. His vest and jacket got caught and were pulled between the roll of carpet and the cradle. His right arm was also pulled between the carpet roll and the cradle. He suffered friction burns to his lower back, right arm in the bicep area/armpit, and right hand.
