An employee was replacing insulated roof panels when his right foot slipped causing him to fall forward into an open space He fell approximately 10 feet from the roof to the floor of the building striking a wall section and the edge of the stone fire place. The employee sustained contusions and strains to the back and neck and left side of his body. The employee was wearing a harness, but it was not tied off to an anchor point.
