Final narrative
Two employees were operating forklifts throughout the facility. The first employee was leading and the second was following at the time of the incident. Both employees were operating without loads. While traveling, the first employee made an abrupt turn in front of the second employee. The second employee was unable to stop or swerve to avoid collision and ran into the rear of the first employee's forklift, causing it to roll over. The first employee's foot was pinned and broken between the forklift and the ground.
