The injured employee was assisting other employees move a steel beam to a staging location using drywall carts. Once in place, the beam was lifted using rigging and an electric pallet jack. The carts were removed, cribbing was placed, and the beam was lowered onto the cribbing. As the pallet jack backed up, the beam rolled onto the injured employee's right leg causing a lower leg fracture.
