Two employees were working inside a truck trailer to repair it. One employee was installing a scuff plate while the other sprayed an adhesive to help install the next scuff plate. The first employee's cordless drill ignited fumes from the spray adhesive, creating a flash fire that caused first- through third-degree burns to the employee's face, hands, neck, and leg.
