An employee was transporting two sections of 3-inch schedule 50 piping. While the employee was offloading the trailer and moving the pipes from a pallet to cribbing, a pipe slipped and fell onto the employee's right foot; the employee then fell while turning, hitting the ground and suffering a broken fibula and tibia.
