Final narrative
An employee was walking in the yard when he was clipped/hit by a truck's mirror while the truck and trailer were backing up. The employee fell to the ground and the truck tire ran over his left leg, fracturing bones above the ankle and below the knee. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
