Final narrative
Two employees were loading a semi-truck trailer with separate forklifts, alternating in and out as they went. As they were nearing the end of the task, the injured employee parked his forklift and dismounted it. He then walked across the dock area as the other forklift was backing out of the trailer. The forklift contacted the injured employee, knocking him down and then running over his legs. He sustained fractures to both lower legs.
