An employee was in a staging area, moving a pallet using a stand-up forklift. The forklift began to tilt forward and the employee fell off it; the pallet then fell off of the forklift and the forklift came back down, landing on the employee's legs. The employee was hospitalized, undergoing surgery to remove a blood clot.
