An employee was cutting a 6-foot by 6-foot piece of horizontal structural steel frame using a powered grinding tool. Once the cut was through, the cutting wheel/disk became lodged in the steel, causing the grinding tool to kick back and lacerate the employee's left forearm above the wrist.
