An employee had emptied a roll-off box. As the employee went to close the door of the roll-off box, he stopped to pick up a securement strap and the door blew open, trapping the employee between the door and the roll-off box. The employee sustained facial fractures, brain bleeding, ear lacerations, and contusions.
