An employee was operating a crane that was lifting a mold with a turnover system. Another employee was operating the turnover system. The first employee was holding the hook to align the mold while the hydraulic lock on the hook was cycled. When the lock was cycled, the employee's left middle finger was pinched and partially amputated.
