Final narrative
On June 30, 2020, at approximately 3:45 PM, a temporary employee picking orders in the warehouse was struck in the back of the neck by a stack of boxes that fell from stacked pallets. The employee sustained fractures to the back, ribs, and pelvis, requiring hospitalization.
