Final narrative
An employee was cooking a batch of lubricating grease. Flames and grease slurry came out of the grease cooking kettle and splashed onto the employee; this also started a fire outside the kettle. The grease/oil slurry was approximately 185-200 degrees and caused second degree burns to the employee's face, neck, arms and hands.
