An employee was walking into the building through the vestibule entrance. A driver reversed out of a space in the parking lot and struck the employee, sending her through the frame/glass between the entrance and exit doors. The employee sustained broken ribs, a broken elbow, a broken thigh bone, multiple lacerations, and internal bleeding.
