At about 8:15 a.m. on August 22, 2020, an employee was in a truck yard opening the swing-style doors on the back of a semi trailer. When the employee opened the right-side door, a generator weighing over 200 pounds fell and struck the employee, knocking her to the ground. She suffered a broken right ankle.
