Final narrative
An employee finished unloading the truck and was getting ready to close the rear roll up door on the truck. As he was holding the roll up door to close it, he stepped off the back of the truck and the door closed on his right hand. His index and ring fingers were broken and the middle finger was amputated and reattached.
