Final narrative
Employees had been pumping out oil and gas waste water from a tanker truck. Vapors/fumes from the condensate mixed in with the waste water caught fire when a torpedo heater started up and a spark shot out of the back. Two employees sustained multiple second and third degree burns and were hospitalized.
